Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected by law. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 28 days for a refund less the cost to us of shipping the goods to you initially. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 15 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or not as described.
Change or Cancel Orders:
Please email us including your order number and details of your request. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Other information
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours by phone or email so we can arrange collection and a replacement item to be sent.

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time are depend on distance based on your address. Usually will take about 10-20 business days for standard Postal service. For express shipping, it will take about 2-5 business days.
